A Conversation That Matters
I offer 30-60 minute virtual appointments where I welcome you to tell your whole story, so that I can get a sense of the scope of your life and how it impacts your health. Once I understand where you’re at and how you came to be there, I can begin to work alongside you to create goals and a realistic plan for achieving them. I will also teach you how to:
- Navigate the medical system
- Access the most appropriate practitioners, supports and resources
- Advocate for yourself or a loved one
- Communicate effectively with health care professionals in order to receive the care you need
